Love them but need support follow through
I bought four of these systems and installed them. They are a bit of a chore to get adjusted correctly, but the videos help and I got mine working perfectly.
A week later, one of the tracks became stuck. Support via email was very responsive and I think that we got it fixed. BUT a week after that, the motor on that same one malfunctioned. It now only moves in one direction, regardless of which of the buttons you press either on the remote or the wired control.
I have emailed at least three separate times about the motors not working but have not received a response. I really like these motors at this price point and would give them a much higher review if I could jus get METECHs to return my messages and help me fix this one drape rod.
