Shipping and Returns MWT ships your orders through a variety of carriers and methods, depending on the products and service that you ordered. Please allow 48 hours during business days for your order to be processed from the date your order was placed. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number directly to your order email within 24 hours of shipping your products. However, tracking number may not appears in time on shipping company website or some small package by post service may don’t have tracking Number. All products selling on the site have one year warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you have the option to return the item(s). You have 30 days to return any item for refund or exchange. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same condition that they were received. You should contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before any return. Products returned for exchange and refund must be in new condition, original packaging and include all stuff be received within time frame of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued. Customers is responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges and repair.
